A.R.C. is an academy that I have dreamt about starting since I was young. I have been skiing since the age of 2 on my home mountain Mt Ruapehu, favouring the Turoa ski field as it is where I first started racing in the North Island of New Zealand. It has been my main winter sport since my first race so to say I am passionate about my chosen career sport is an understatement.
I started ski instructing at 15 at an indoor ski field (Snowplanet in NZ) after training there during my secondary school competition days with the goal of eventually getting into ski racing. Since then I’ve spent the last decade instructing and coaching, and establishing myself by coaching for competitive race organisations in the northern hemisphere.
